Day to day
Bringing and collecting your child Please try and arrive between 8.30 -8.45am, this will help enable and maintain safety and security at all times. Please assist your child in the cloak room and use their own peg with his or her name on for belongings. Please remember to inform staff is anyone else is going to be collecting your child. In these circumstances a password will be needed in order for staff to allow the child to be collected. Please be prompt when collecting your child at the end of sessions as children can find it distressing when parents/carers are late. The use of mobile phones is not permitted at any times whilst on the premises.
Please provide your child with a spare set of clothes. We do have some spare clothing for any little accidents. If possible could your child bring a pair of wellies or some outdoor footwear to each session. (these can be left on your child’s peg if easier) The Early Years Framework Stage (EYFS) now states, children are to access the outdoors at anytime of their choosing, regardless of weather conditions; therefore, it is essential children have suitable clothing. As a matter of health and safety we recommend no jewellery is to be worn by children at anytime. If your child has pierced ears, we ask stud earrings are worn please. Please do not bring pets into the church hall at anytime and please do not smoke on or around the hall. We are a non-smoking environment.
